Planning and Zoning

The City of New Fairview currently contracts for planning and development related services with Dunaway and Associates of Fort Worth, Texas. Planning services including advising the city administrator and Council regarding zoning cases, annexation, and platting services. Dunaway also maintains digitized mapping for the City’s zoning, future land use plan, thoroughfare plan and flood plain map.
